Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
A: Yes. We have quantity discounts on decals starting at 2 identical decals (same size and color(s)). The discount levels are

• 2 decals - 10%
• 3 to 5 decals - 20%
• 6 to 10 decals - 30%
• 11 to 30 decals - 40%
• 31 to 50 decals - 50%
• 51 to 75 decals - 55%
• 76 to 99 decals - 60%
• 100+ decals - 65%

Discounts apply to all options you select for that particular decal, including fill options and special vinyl colors. The discount level will be shown on the page when you select the options and in the shopping cart.

For Coroplast signs our discounts levels are

• 20 to 39 signs - 10%
• 40 to 59 signs - 20%
• 60 to 79 signs - 30%
• 80 to 99 signs - 40%
• 100+ signs - 50%

For vinyl banners and magnetic signs our discounts levels are

• 2 to 3 banners/signs - 10%
• 4+ banners/signs - 20%

For shirts our discounts levels are

• 2 shirts - 10%
• 3 to 11 shirts - 20%
• 12 to 23 shirts - 30%
• 24+ shirts - 40%

For hats our discounts levels are

• 2 hats - 10%

Q: How do I select what colors I want?
A: The background portion of the image (usually white) will be cut away leaving only the image you have selected. If the image is a single color on a white background you will get a decal that will only contain the colored portion of the image. If the image contains more than one color you'll need to tell us which colors you selected should be used for which color in the image, but again the background will not be on your decal. If you want a background you'll need to select that as an additional color and let us know in the decal comments. All of our decals are die cut so each color will be basically a separate decal, we'll layer them together to give you a single decal unless you tell us otherwise. Here are some examples to better explain this:

If you were to order this with a single color you would get a decal like this: You would get the black portion of the image only, the textured background shows through.
If you wanted this decal to have white in the center like this you would need to order an additional color as white along with a note saying you wanted the inside of the logo to be white.



Multicolor logos work the same way. This example logo has four colors. Gray, Black, White, and Red.

If you wanted the white portion of the logo to also show through, you could just order 3 colors and get a decal that looks like this.

White isn't the only color that could be left out.

Q: What size options do you have?
A: The size listed on the decal selection form are approximations based on the image dimensions. We strive to match those dimensions but they may be off 2% or 3% based on various factors. If you need to know the exact size for any given decal just ask us.

If you need a decal to fit within a specific space just add a note in the comments section for the item and we'll see about getting that set for you. We'll contact you if there are any issues with what you have requested. In the case of thicker specialty vinyl such as reflective we may not be able to cut intricate decals at the smallest listed size. If you have any questions about an item just ask and we'll be happy to discuss the options with you.

Q: What color choices do you offer?
A: We have the following colors available. Please note these are approximations of the actual vinyl so be sure to ask if you have any questions. Some colors do cost extra. The cost for those will be listed on the item page when you are selecting your decal. Q: How do you handle multicolor decals?
A: Multicolor decals such as cartoon characters will be reduced to just the outline of the image using the color of vinyl you selected. We can also layer vinyl to give a full color effect, just select the colors you want when you select the image and put a note you want the decal layered.

Q: What are fill options?
A: We currently offer 4 fill options: Outline, Fill, Contour and Shadow.

1. Outlines are a second color that go around all outside edges of the image.
   For example: with an outline in black would look like
   
   
2. Fills are a second color that fills the interior portion of the decal.
   For example: with a fill in red would look like
   
   Note: If you want an outlined image to be filled with the same color to make a solid decal there is no extra charge for that. Just put a note in the comments section and we'll make sure it's one solid piece.
   For example: in solid black would look like
   
   
3. Contours are a combination of outlines and fills. The second color will fill the interior of the image and will also leave an outline on the outer edges of the image.
   For example: with a contour in red would look like
   
   
4. Shadows are a second decal of another color that you would install first and then install the main color, giving the shadow effect.
   For example: with a shadow in black would look like

Q: What is decal orientation?
A: Normally decals are cut so they will be applied to the outside of a surface, such as a window or the body panel of a vehicle. Reverse cuts are used to install the decal on the inside of a window so the image will be correct when viewed from the outside, or if you will be installed matching decals on opposite sides of a vehicle. Do not select this with letters unless you will be installing on the inside of glass as they will be reverse.
