If your decal is damaged during shipment and you purchased insurance we will exchange it for an identical one. You will need to send the damaged decal back to us. Contact us for details on this.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be acknowledged.

Normal production time is 7 business days. This is only our production time and does not include the carrier shipping time.

We reserve the right to remove tiny details of an image if the decal size does not permit the level of detail to be cut.

We reserve the right to substitute shades of color as needed.

Sizes listed for decals are approximate and may vary slightly.

Each additional color in a decal will require an additional cost as calculated by our site.

Be sure to double check the size and color options are what you want.

Our decals are die cut and will not have a background unless you specifically ask for one.

Only the colors you select will be in your decal. If you are purchasing a multi-color decal the main and additional color order does not matter.

If you are purchasing a multi-color decal please add a note to specify which color you ordered should be used for which color on the image.

You will be emailed a receipt immediately after your order is complete. Be sure to add to your email whitelist. Contact us if you do not get your receipt.

There is a $35 fee for all returned checks.

There is a $50 fee for all returned (charged back) credit card transactions.

Unpaid returned checks or returned (charged back) credit card transactions may be submitted to a collection agency. Additional collection fees may be added as well.
